  9.   A library that gives you low level functions for date calculations.

  23.   - Comparing dates.
  24.   - Powerful functions to handle differences between dates.
  25.   - Transformations from one time measurement system to the others.
  26.   - Calculating your local time zone out of your position on the earth.
  27.   - Calculating the age of the moon and the moon phase.
  28.   - Check the validity of a time.
  29.   - Comparing times.
  30.   - Transforming 24h time format into seconds and back.
  31.   - Transforming 24h time format to Julian Day time format and back.
  32.   - Every weekday can be the first day of the week.
  33.   - Supplement two digit years to four digit years.
